Comprehensive performance "Ra Kka Yo Yo"

Sing for Joy, Dance for Joy

Traditional Japanese culture is diverse, including music, dance, and painting. Association of Classical Japanese Arts started a performance in March 2021 with the aim of disseminating the beauty of various genres of Japanese traditional culture to the world.

In addition to the enthusiastic performances on the main stage by many performers who agree with our purpose, we will connect the performances of Sendai City Suzume Odori, North Carolina, California resident performers online, in Japanese and English. We are delivering live to the world with commentary. All of these performances are also recorded and distributed on YouTube. In the lobby of the venue, we will introduce activities and works of traditional Japanese culture (bonseki, etc.) other than performing arts. We plan to continue expanding the circle of activities of various traditional Japanese cultures in Japan and overseas.

The great power of many performers who agree with our purpose spreads in a larger circle, and the tradition that must be preserved and passed down and the tradition that should be flexibly changed. While continuing to ask sincerely what it should be, we will vigorously carry out activities to properly pass on traditional Japanese culture to future generations.
